REBIRTH - An Eternal Beginning

The octagon, a circle with eight corners, is known as the symbol of strength, joy, infinity and commitment. An octagon means forever.

 

In certain conditions, magma flow from an active volcano is turned into polygonal shapes, as if a master creator had sculpted basalt octagons together with mother earth, in the eternal rebirth of nature.

 

The Rebirth line of jewellry by goldsmith Oli Stef is inspired by the volcanic shapes and textures of his home country, Iceland.
